Capture the spectacular Sunrise art Eastney Pier - Join Andy and lots of people n this FREE Photo Walk
About This Event
Join me for a relaxed, friendly photowalk along Eastney Pier and the surrounding seafront. This is a free session open to photographers of all levels - whether you’re shooting on a DSLR, mirrorless or your phone.
Eastney gives us loads to work with - leading lines from the pier, textures in the timber and metalwork, big coastal skies, waves crashing in, long exposure opportunities, candid portraits, and those classic South Coast sunsets if the light plays nicely.
We’ll look at:
Composition and using strong leading lines
Shooting into light and working with contrast
Long exposure techniques over water
Finding detail and storytelling in simple scenes
Getting more creative with angles and perspective
There’s no pressure, no sales pitch - just a chance to get out, shoot, ask questions and learn in a proper hands-on way. If you’ve been stuck in a rut or just want to meet other local photographers, this is the perfect excuse.
Bring your camera, a charged battery, and if you have one, a tripod for longer exposures.
Let’s make the most of the coast and get some solid images in the bag.
If you’d like, I can also tailor a slightly more “Andy Hornby Photography” branded version that leans into your experience and workshops.
