GCSE - Capturing Movement – Shutter Speed and Creative Effects

Workshop 4: Capturing Movement is designed to teach students the art of using shutter speed to convey movement in their images. Whether it’s freezing the action of fast-moving rides at Clarence Pier or capturing the flowing waves along the Seafront Promenade, this workshop will give your child the skills they need to take dynamic and energetic photographs.

During this 2-3 hour session, students will experiment with fast and slow shutter speeds to achieve different effects, from freezing motion to creating intentional blur for a sense of movement.
